It on while you may not expect boy on boy action to be a hit among a hetero male demographic, research by Youporn tells a compelling tale of straight guys getting their kicks from watching same-sex couples get.

Relating to Youporn, an astonishing 23 % of that time period, right males view homosexual porn and 39 per cent of that time period, self-identifying right females decide to view porn that is gay.

Maybe more confusingly, 24 per cent of “straight” men have really had homointercourseual sex, while 36 % of “straight” women have experienced sex with an other woman, in line with the study.

So just why might men that are straight homosexual porn? We asked Radio 1’s resident sexpert, Alix Fox, alongside a raft of health care professionals, which range from health practitioners to wellbeing coordinators, due to their ideas.

1. Rebelling against sex stereotypes

One argument is the fact that same-sex relationships are aspirational because they don’t comply with traditional sex stereotypes.

“Individuals in same-sex partners generally speaking are far more equitable within the ways that they allocate domestic work, including childcare,” say Francisco Perales and Janeen Baxter through the University of Queensland.

“It’s interesting that a substantial quantity of right guys view homosexual porn since it appears so not likely,” explains Doctor Sam Miles, social science researcher at London class of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.

Nonetheless, he reasoned: “If you might think they wouldn’t about it, there’s no reason why. Some men that are gay right porn , therefore it should not come as a shock that the opposite can be true. It stands to reason why a few of these males want a unique ‘flavour’ sometimes”. Continue reading →
